Real Estate: SEO & Blogging

Blogs are quickly adding a new dynamic to web exposure!

It use to be, about 2 years ago (ancient in web years), you could simply have a website, build a lot of anchor text links to it targeting specific keyword phrases, and after 3 – 6 months you’d “maybe” hit the front page of Google.

Then toward the end of last year, beginning of this year, Google (and all other major search engines) started to change their algorithms to favor less of the commerical / static websites, and favor more of the informational / blog sites.  From there perspective, static commercial websites weren’t giving searchers what they were looking for which is informational content.  But blogs, forums, and other sources of freshly updated content is a perfect match.

Search Engines Favor Blogs.

So now this has really changed the dynamics of how we help clients gain exposure in Google.  We are now building professionally designed blogs with powerful call to action elements, and then generating highly optimized, keyword targeted content within their blog.

The consistent generation of freshly updated, keyword targeted content is having a huge impact on our clients exposure in search engines.  Most of the blogs we launch are crawled and indexed in Google sometimes the same day we publish it and post our first article – which is super fast, and super powerful.

And since we’ve done the homework upfront for our clients and identified a long list of keyword phrases that their prospects are actually using, we have a powerful tool that basically tells us what type of content to generate that accents those targeted keywords.

It’s a powerful solution that delivers amazing results – and quite frankly, the majority of businesses are still hung onto yesterday’s algorithms – which makes it even easier for my clients to blast right by them in Google, and be the first one to connect to that new client that’s searching specifically for what they offer.
