I was went to some events and meetings, there I was talking with some guys who have not more knowledge about SEO but they said why seo is required and if require so only one seo is enough for online marketing. No junior seo required that person means if we hired one seo so he handle more than 8 site and they can do all work including in on-page and off-page. I thing that is our employees mistake who did work like that, but sometime I also think what can do employee who has no power to do?
